Where are you located?

If you use mapquest ignore any directions that tell you to turn on Thomas or Wood Lane, just turn on Windy Knoll.

Is this a store? What are your hours?

No, this is just my home but it ‘s easy to see everything.  I am available for you to drop in each Thursday from 12- 8 pm.  There will be special Tag Sales on one Saturday per month.  Check the Home page for dates and times or sign up for email alerts.   Everything is cash and carry with no returns.  I do have some delivery service available at a cost but this service is not always available.

Are these items new?

No, you should assume that almost all of the items are used.  Many items look like they are new but this is not a store and you must assume that they are used but “like new”.    Almost everything I have is something that I bought for a model house or for home staging but I can’t keep it all so it is available for sale.  Many items are antique, so some wear is to be expected.  Even if the item came out of a model house it must be called “used”.

Do you take credit cards?

No, I only take cash or sometimes a check.

Do you keep certain items in stock?  What are your prices like?

Just about everything I have is one of a kind. I try to price the items at about 1/4th retail so they don’t last long.  If you see something you really like call me right away!

Can you find a particular item that I need?

Many clients send me a wish list and I try to locate what they are looking for.  If I find it I email them and give them a “heads up” as to what I have. I try to do this before it is listed on the website. Please feel free to send me your list!

How can I get my purchases home?

If it is local, I can try to have it delivered for a fee.  It you would like to rent a Uhaul here is their local number.  610-430-7040 www.uhaul.com

I would like to purchase an item and have it shipped to me.

For long distance delivery there are several companies you can use. These are reputable companies but I am not endorsing them just letting you know they are out there.

They will ask you for the weight and size of the item to give you an estimate.  I recommend just giving them an approximate size to get an idea of the cost.  Then compare different companies.  Long distance delivery requires you to arrange for the delivery  with one of these companies or another company of your choosing.  I will send you lots of pictures and descriptions of the item you would like.  Next, send me a check for the item, then it can be picked up by your shipper.

Can an item be mailed?

Yes I can mail most small items.  Small items usually cost $15 to be mailed.

Do you provide decorating services?

Yes I will come to your local home and go over all of your questions and ideas.  We can look at every room in your house.  Sometimes just another person’s objective eye will help you come up with ideas you might not have thought about.  We can even move furniture around!  After that I will keep an eye out for you for items I know you are looking for. $150 for a local visit.

How much does it cost for home staging?

Allow me to give you the objective advice you need to sell your home at the highest price in the fastest time. I can also provide you the names of painters, flooring and contracting specialists to get your home ready to sell.  $150 for a home staging visit.

What services can you provide for realtors and builders?

In addition to providing a home staging consultation for your client I can also provide model home furnishing and decoration, staging of empty homes and supplemental staging of existing homes which need a  little extra to get them sold.  I have provided home staging and model house services for many realtors and builders in the area.  I can provide references and testimony of houses that I have staged including  how some were  sold in as quickly as a week after my staging was completed.

Do you provide other decorating services?

$50 hour for room redesigns, shopping services, , window treatments, new construction selection assistance, and moving day placement help.
